History comes alive in the Big Band era! Come “boost morale” and support Landmark Center’s community programs through this evening of dinner and dance.
As the U.S. entered World War II in 1941, here on the home front, ordinary people and famous celebrities did their part for the war effort. The USO lightened the somber wartime mood, bringing hope, music and laughter to the public and those in uniform.
Join Minnesota Landmarks as we celebrate the 1940s at our fifth annual Once Upon a Time Gala, benefiting Landmark Center’s free and lowcost community programs. Come dance to big band music, while supporting quality cultural experiences accessible to all.
Black tie optional, period costume encouraged.
