Learn about Saint Paul’s start and its relationship with the Mississippi River, while observing the beautiful view of the river and its surrounding areas. Tours meet and depart from Upper Landing Park (Shepard Rd. & Eagle Pkwy.).
Tours go out rain or shine (except during severe weather). The tour groups are limited to 10 participants, and Covid-19 guidelines will be observed.*
*Please note this is a walking tour that covers approximately 1/2 mile.
